JSW Steel allots Convertible Debenture to JFE Steel Corporation

JSW Steel Ltd has announced about preferential allotment of 1 (one) Fully and Compulsorily Convertible Debenture of face value of Rs. 48,007,197,458 to JFE Steel Corporation, Japan.

The stock was trading at Rs.1215.70, down by Rs.3.50 or 0.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1228.90 and low of Rs.1204.
