Epsom Properties to allot 2 million shares

Epsom Properties Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 06, 2010, has accorded to offer, issue and allot 20,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to allottees on preferential basis.

The allottees include Dr. Mohan Swami (7,62,979 shares), Chase Perdana Sdn. Bhd, Malaysia (12,37,021 shares).

The stock was trading at Rs.5.60, up by Rs.0.26 or 4.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.60 and low of Rs.5.60.

The total traded quantity was 1100 compared to 2 week average of 445.
