Ind-Swift to issue 8 million warrants

Ind-Swift Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 06, 2010, inter alia, has decidedon the preferential issue of 80,00,000 convertible warrants to promoters group & other corporate bodies to be issued on preferential basis.

The Board also approved issue of Preference shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.43.20, down by Rs.0.35 or 0.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.45 and low of Rs.43.

The total traded quantity was 1.79 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.10 lakhs.
