Nicco Corporation allots 4656862 shares on Preferential Allotment

Nicco Corporation Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 46,56,862 Equity Shares of the Face Value of Rs. 2/- each @ of Rs. 6.12 per Equity Share to Selected Creditors on September 06, 2010, pursuant to the approval of the Shareholders.
