Firstsource Solutions allots 292500 equity shares

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced that pursuant to the authorisation from the Board of Directors, Mr. Carl Saldanha, Global CFO of the Company, has on September 03, 2010 approved the allotment of 292,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 4,300,650,570 consisting of 430,065,057 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.26.90, up by Rs.0.60 or 2.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27.30 and low of Rs.26.45.

The total traded quantity was 12.69 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 4.62 lakhs.
