BGR Energy Systems allots 29140 equity shares

BGR Energy Systems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on September 04, 2010 has allotted 29,140 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2007. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.812.80, up by Rs.5.65 or 0.70%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.820 and low of Rs.805.

The total traded quantity was 8853 compared to 2 week average of 23894.
