Ramco Systems allots 5257 shares

Ramco Systems Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 06, 2010, has approved an allotment of 5,257 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, being the exercise of the equity stock options by the employees of the Company under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008, (ESOS 2008). Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,417,159 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 15,422,416 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.101.95, up by Rs.3.10 or 3.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.103.65 and low of Rs.99.50.

The total traded quantity was 8213 compared to 2 week average of 8159.
