Country Condos approves proposal to raise funds

Country Condos Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 04, 2010, inter alia, has approved to raise funds by issue Global Depository Receipts, issue of Equity Shares under Qualified Institutional Placement mechanism, etc.

The stock closed the day at Rs.3.99, up by Rs.0.14 or 3.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.4.05 and low of Rs.3.71.

The total traded quantity was 0.18 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.19 lakhs.
