Omnitech InfoSolutions approves issue of 223725 warrants

Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 23, 2010, have approved the issue of 2,23,725 Convertible Warrants subject to the approval of shareholders in their meeting to be held on September 29, 2010.

The list of allottees include Mr. Devarshi D Buch (100000 warrants), Mr. Anurag Shah (102725 warrants), Mr. Nitin Purohit (15000 warrants), Dr. Kalimohan Bhattacharya (500 warrants), Prof. V. H. Iyer (500 warrants) and Dr. Ram K. Mangal (5000 warrants).

The stock closed the day at Rs.247.10, down by Rs.0.60 or 0.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.255.50 and low of Rs.246.

The total traded quantity was 1.64 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.30 lakhs.
