My Fair Lady allots 42 lakh shares, 4 lakh warrants

My Fair Lady Ltd has announced that in terms of resolution passed by Shareholders in the AGM dated July 10, 2010, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 03, 2010, have allotted 42,00,000/- Equity Shares and 54,00,000 Warrants on Preferential basis.

The allottees include Anil Kumar Chaddha (2,00,000 shares & 1,50,000 warrants), Mr. Vineet Arora (2,00,000 shares & 1,50,000 warrants), M/s. SGM Webtech Pvt. Ltd (13,00,000 shares & 7,50,000 warrants), M/s. Manorities Capital Management Ltd (13,00,000 shares & 7,50,000 warrants), M/s. Krishna Gardens Pvt. Ltd (12,00,000 shares & 8,50,000 warrants), Ashi Equities Pvt. Ltd (19,50,000 warrants), Mr. Gurdev Singh (8,00,000 warrants).

The stock closed the day at Rs.8.41, down by Rs.0.14 or 1.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.97 and low of Rs.8.33.

The total traded quantity was 2202 compared to 2 week average of 8256.
