Sanguine Media to allot warrants on Sep 03, 2010

Sanguine Media Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 03, 2010, to allot the Convertible Equity Warrants to various Allottees from whom 25% of the upfront money has been received in pursuance to the resolution passed in the Annual General Meeting held on August 18, 2010.
