Grabal Alok Impex allots 1.60 crore warrants

Grabal Alok Impex Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier announcement regarding the Result of the voting conducted through Postal Ballot procedure, that the Company has decided to issue and allot upto 1,60,00,000 warrants to Arun Investments Private Limited at a price of Rs. 51/- (face value of Rs. 10/- each and premium Rs. 41/-) per share, being a price higher than as determined as per SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) regulations, 2009. Further the Company has submitted a copy of the resolutions passed by the shareholders of the Company on September 01, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.45.15, up by Rs.0.80 or 1.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.51 and low of Rs.44.40.

The total traded quantity was 9090 compared to 2 week average of 7725.
