Softech Infinium Solutions to issue shares

Softech Infinium Solutions Ltd has announced that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 02, 2010, has decided to convey the Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2010, to transact the Special business including fund raising proposal in addition to routine ordinary business.

The Board will consider increase in Authorised Capital to Rs. 15 Crores and consequent amendment to Memorandum and Articles of Association.

The Board will consider issue of Further Shares - Resolution under Section 81 (1A) and Borrowing Powers resolution under Section 293(1 )(d).

The stock was trading at Rs.12.10, down by Rs.0.46 or 3.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.99 and low of Rs.12.06.

The total traded quantity was 2600 compared to 2 week average of 1680.
