Neogem India approves allotment of 1560000 warrants

Neogem India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 02, 2010, inter alia, has considered the allotment of 15,60,000 Equity Share Warrants on preferential basis to Promoters subject to approval of members of the Company as per the regulations issued by the SEBI.

The stock closed the day at Rs.10.50, down by Rs.0.45 or 4.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.24 and low of Rs.10.50.

The total traded quantity was 1400 compared to 2 week average of 2150.
