Redington (India) Ltd has announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has considered and approved on September 02, 2010 the allotment of 1,23,950 (One Lakh Twenty Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Nine Only) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Re. 24/- per share pursuant to exercise of options granted under 'Redington (India) Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008'.
