Grenada Investment to forfeit 20000 shares

Grenada Investment & Trading Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2010, have decided to forfeit 20,000 Equity Shares in the name of Systematic Trading & Investment Ltd. due to the non payment of call money.
