Howard Hotels to consider conversion of warrants on Sep 03, 2010

Howard Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 03, 2010, to covert the 18,00,000 Warrants allotted on March 06, 2009 under SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000 due for conversion into Equity Shares and to allot such shares to the Warrant holders.

The stock was trading at Rs.14.80. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.70 and low of Rs.14.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.30 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.15 lakhs.
