Gammon Infrastructure Projects allots 2 lakh Equity Shares

Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board has by way of circular resolution on September 01, 2010, approved the issue and allotment of 2,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, following the exercise of stock options by the employees under the 'GIPL Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2007' (pre-IPO) & 'GIPL Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2008'. Upon the allotment of these shares, the paid up capital of the Company stand increased to 72,79,85,165 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.24.15, up by Rs.0.20 or 0.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24.25 and low of Rs.23.95.

The total traded quantity was 27201 compared to 2 week average of 102990.
