Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 178779 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on August 31, 2010 has allotted 1,78,779 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

Under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/05 - 1,20,500 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/04 - 20,000 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12 (2nd Tranche) - 14,904 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/13 (2nd Tranche) - 14,000 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/15 (1st Tranche) - 7,500 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/17 (1st Tranche) - 1,875 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.825.05, down by Rs.22.20 or 2.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.847 and low of Rs.818.70.

The total traded quantity was 0.64 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.95 lakhs.
