Balrampur Chini Mills allots 268150 Equity Shares

Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 268150 equity shares of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 45 per share (including a premium of Rs. 44 per share) on August 30, 2010 to the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme.
