Infrastructure Development Finance Company allots 196605 Shares under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on August 27, 2010, and allotted 1,96,605 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.181.10, down by Rs.2.60 or 1.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.185.80 and low of Rs.180.20.

The total traded quantity was 279248 compared to 2 week average of 461617.
