Indiabulls Real Estate allots 132000 Equity shares

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has announced that upon exercise of stock options, vested in terms of 'Indiabulls Real Estate Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006' and 'Indiabulls Real Estate Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme 2008 (II)', by certain eligible employees, and upon receipt of full consideration therefor, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 26, 2010, has allotted an aggregate of 1,32,000 (One lac thirty two thousand) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to such employees.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 80,33,17,478/- divided into 40,16,58,739 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 80,35,81,478/- divided into 40,17,90,739 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.174.20, down by Rs.5.50 or 3.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.180.20 and low of Rs.172.50.

The total traded quantity was 424588 compared to 2 week average of 705408.
