Resurgere Mines allots 6500000 shares on conversion of warrants

Resurgere Mines & Minerals India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 26, 2010, inter alia, have decided to convert the 6500000 warrants into equal number of equity shares and allotted 6500000 equity shares in the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.74.60, down by Rs.8.20 or 9.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.86 and low of Rs.74.55.

The total traded quantity was 5878925 compared to 2 week average of 2836232.
