Neha International to consider preferential allotment on Aug 28, 2010

Neha International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 28, 2010, 2010, inter alia, to allot shares to Promoter group and others subsequent to conversion of convertible share warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.147.30, down by Rs.3.85 or 2.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.151.90 and low of Rs.146.10.

The total traded quantity was 0.51 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.76 lakhs.
