Glory Polyfilms opens GDR issue

Glory Polyfilms Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 23,2010 considered and approved opening date of its Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) issue up to US $ 15 million and issue will be opened for subscription on August 23, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.15, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.30 and low of Rs.14.90.
