Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo allots 517500 shares at Rs 41.55

Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2010, inter alia, had decided to allot 5,17,500 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a rate of Rs. 41.55 (including premium of Rs. 31.55) calculated as per Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations , 2009 to M/s. Sree Rayalaseema Galaxy Projects (P) Ltd., one of the Promoter of the Company under Preferential issue subject to members approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 24, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.41.20, down by Rs.0.80 or 1.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.43 and low of Rs.41.10.

The total traded quantity was 5266 compared to 2 week average of 12700.
