Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 38000 Shares under ESOS 2003

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Operations Committee Meeting held on August 24, 2010, has allotted 38,000 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.292.35, down by Rs.0.65 or 0.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.301.40 and low of Rs.283.30.

The total traded quantity was 4.39 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 2.14 lakhs.
