Tulsi Extrusions allots 1250000 GDRs

Tulsi Extrusions Ltd has announced that at the meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors of the company duly convened and held on August 23, 2010 the Company has allotted 1,250,000 Global Depository Receipts (GDR) at USD 11.46 each underlying 12,500,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 (Rupees ten only) each at Rs. 54/- (Rupees fifty four only) each to "The Bank of New York Mellon" in its capacity as a depository.

The stock was trading at Rs.49.05, down by Rs.0.45 or 0.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.52.85 and low of Rs.48.65.

The total traded quantity was 1.52 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.86 lakhs.
