IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals alltos 15 lakh warrants

IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board at its meeting held on August 23, 2010 has allotted 15,00,000 (fifteen lacs) warrants. carrying an option to the holder of such warrants to subscribe to one equity share of Rs. 10/- at premium of Rs. 68 per share for every warrant held, within 15 months from the date of allotment of the warrants, to the G Consultants and Fabricators Limited, Non Promoter, on preferential basis in accordance with the applicable laws.

The stock closed the day at Rs.46.30, up by Rs.0.95 or 2.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.46.80 and low of Rs.45.25.

The total traded quantity was 0.13 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.14 lakhs.
