Kamat Hotels to consider allotment of shares on Aug 25, 2010

Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2010, inter alia, to consider the issue and allotment of 18,43.810 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up @ Rs. 135/- per share to Clearwater Capital Partners (Cyprus) Ltd. the FCCB Holder, pursuant to Conversion Notice received from the Bondholder.
