Ansal Housing & Construction to consider preferential issue on Aug 27, 2010

Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2010, inter alia, to recommend issue of Preferential Equity Shares and/or Preferential Warrants convertible into equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.69.80, up by Rs.1.65 or 2.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.70.70 and low of Rs.68.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.63 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.43 lakhs.
