Resurgere Mines & Minerals India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 26, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the conversion of 6500000 warrants into equity shares of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.80.20, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.82.80 and low of Rs.80.05.
