Simplex Trading & Agencies to make call for warrants payment

Simplex Trading & Agencies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 21, 2010, has decided to make 4th call for 25,00,000 Convertible Equity Warrants on Preferential basis.

Further the Company has received a sum of Rs. 17.74/- per warrant (including premium), towards the 4th call amount, aggregating to Rs. 4,43,50,000/- (Rupees Four Crore Forty Three Lacs Fifty Thousand only) in respect of 25,00,000 Convertible Equity Warrants on Preferential basis (to be converted into of 25,00,000 Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each) offered and issued pursuant of member approval at their AGM dated on September 30, 2009.
