Emmsons International to consider preferential issue of warrants on Aug 30, 2010

Emmsons International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 30, 2010, inter-alia, to consider the allotment of equity warrants convertible into equity shares, on preferential basis to the promoters' group.

The stock closed the day at Rs.115, down by Rs.1.05 or 0.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.117 and low of Rs.114.40.

The total traded quantity was 2551 compared to 2 week average of 6979.
