REI Six Ten Retail to consider raising funds on Aug 24, 2010

REI Six Ten Retail Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 24, 2010, inter alia, to consider and decide the date for convening Annual General Meeting and approve the draft notice for convening Annual General Meeting.

The Board will consider, discuss and take decision on raising funds by issue of rights shares, Convertible Securities, Depository Receipts, placement to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) or any other securities.

The Board will also fix the book closure date for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend.

The stock closed the day at Rs.84.65, up by Rs.5.80 or 7.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.86.80 and low of Rs.78.50.

The total traded quantity was 121157 compared to 2 week average of 90978.
