Oracle Financial Services to consider ESOP allotment on Aug 25, 2010

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2010, inter alia, to consider allotment of shares to the eligible employees who have chosen to exercise their options under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP), 2002 of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2071.05, down by Rs.27.70 or 1.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2110 and low of Rs.2071.05.

The total traded quantity was 29568 compared to 2 week average of 10742.
