Edelweiss Capital allots 10500 Shares under ESOS

Edelweiss Capital Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on August 19, 2010 has approved allotment of 10,500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each under stock options schemes.

Under Edelweiss Employee Stock Option Scheme 2004, 7500 Options Exercised (1 equity share allotted for 1 option exercised) and 3000 Options Exercised (1 equity share allotted for 1 option exercised) under Edelweiss Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006.

The stock closed the day at Rs.53.55, down by Rs.0.85 or 1.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.54.50 and low of Rs.53.05.

The total traded quantity was 0.89 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.62 lakhs.
