Ruchi Strips to consider preferential issue on Aug 25, 2010

Ruchi Strips & Alloys Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2010, to consider preferential issue of Equity Shares of the Company to promoters, their affiliates & others and other items as per the agenda of the meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.13.60, down by Rs.0.35 or 2.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14.30 and low of Rs.13.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.28 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.20 lakhs.
