Tech Mahindra allots 464365 equity shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced that the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on August 17, 2010 for issue and allotment of a total of 464,365 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to various applicants.

400,000 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2004 (ESOP 2004) and 64,365 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).

The stock closed the day at Rs.715.05, up by Rs.0.35 or 0.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.722.50 and low of Rs.712.35.

The total traded quantity was 30413 compared to 2 week average of 36309.
