Vardhman Textiles to consider fund raising options on Aug 21, 2010

Vardhman Textiles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 21, 2010, inter-alia, to consider various possibilities to raise funds in the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.315.45, up by Rs.0.95 or 0.30%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.320 and low of Rs.311.

The total traded quantity was 7482 compared to 2 week average of 43644.
