Jyoti Structures to raise Rs 400 crores

Jyoti Structures Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2010, inter alia, approved the issue of Securities to the extent of Rs. 4,000 million through a Qualified Institutional Placement in compliance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.145.80, down by Rs.0.95 or 0.65%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.149.20 and low of Rs.145.05.

The total traded quantity was 64109 compared to 2 week average of 51816.
