Indiabulls Securities allots 1143588 Equity Shares

Indiabulls Securities Ltd has announced that upon exercise of stock options vested in terms of 'Indiabulls Securities Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008', by certain eligible employees and receipt of full consideration therefore, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 18, 2010, has allotted an aggregate of 11,43,588 (Eleven Lac Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Eight) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to such employees.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 45,98,81,296/- divided into 22,99,40,648 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 46,21,68,472/- divided into 23,10,84,236 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.26.05, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.60 and low of Rs.25.85.

The total traded quantity was 466500 compared to 2 week average of 366647.
