Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 416225 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on August 18, 2010 has allotted 4,16,225 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

The shares are allotted under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/05 : 3,95,000 equity shares, ESQP Scheme Series 2007/12 (2nd Tranche) : 12,725 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/15 (1st Tranche) : 7,500 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/17 (1st Tranche) : 1,000 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.838.55, up by Rs.4.15 or 0.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.844.40 and low of Rs.829.

The total traded quantity was 66649 compared to 2 week average of 126500.
