Jamna Auto to consider preferential issue on Aug 21, 2010

Jamna Auto Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 21, 2010, to consider and allot equity shares on preferential basis to MAP Auto Ltd. and Clearwater Capital Partners Singapore Fund III Pvt. Ltd.
