Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2010, to consider the allotment of Equity shares under preferential issue to one of the promoters of the Company and fixation of price of the same.

The stock was trading at Rs.41.50. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41.50 and low of Rs.39.45.
