Anukaran Commercial to consider allotment of bonus shares on Aug 25, 2010

Anukaran Commercial Enterprises Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2010, inter alia, to consider the allotment of bonus equity shares in the ratio 5:1 (five shares for every one share held) as on the record date.

The Board will also consider resignation of Mr. Alpesh Dedhia from the directorship of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.27.10, up by Rs.1.25 or 4.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27.10 and low of Rs.27.10.

The total traded quantity was 11110 compared to 2 week average of 5560.
