Shrenuj & Company allots 24750 Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOP Options

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced that the ESOP Compensation Committee of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2010, has allotted 24750 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 21/- per share upon exercise of ESOP Options under ESOS Options under ESOS - 2006.

Consequently, issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 13,97,66,040 comprising of 69883020 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.55.35, down by Rs.0.50 or 0.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.56.80 and low of Rs.55.

The total traded quantity was 0.56 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.25 lakhs.
