Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 1,11,650 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1 each to employees of the Company and subsidiaries on August 02, 2010 upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2005.

The stock was trading at Rs.31.45, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31.70 and low of Rs.31.10.
