RM Mohite Textiles to consider preferential issue on Aug 17, 2010

RM Mohite Textiles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 17, 2010, inter alia, to consider, further issue of capital on a preferential basis pursuant to chapter VII of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and fix date time and venue for Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2010 and fix date of Book Closure.
