Choksi Laboratories to issue 8 lakh warrants

Choksi Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 07, 2010 has decided to issue 8,00,000 convertible equity warrants on preferential basis subject to approval of members and Stock Exchange.

The stock closed the day at Rs.21.60, up by Rs.1 or 4.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.21.60 and low of Rs.20.65.

The total traded quantity was 34179 compared to 2 week average of 29963.
